Best of the past

In this blog post I Am going to be mentioning posts from the past that I found to be the best. Go ahead and give them a look. Post 1: Barstool sports vs Draft Kings, for sports betters I found this post to be the best read. It gives a great comparison between the two biggest sports books in the game right now. Use it to find your sports book of choice. Post 2: MLS salary cap: This post is great because it talks about how the MLS needs a salary cap and can provide in sight on the MLS for people who do not watch soccer. Its concepts of a salary cap can also be adapted to other sports like the MLB who also does not have a salary cap Post 3: How to: Sports betting edition: This post is the most important in my opinion if you have not given it a read do so soon. It breaks down how to sports bet which is the main reason this blog exists. It will give you insight on how to perform well on betting apps and maximize profits.  These are my favorite and most informative posts go check t...

Barstool sports book vs DraftKings

Both sports betting apps have their positives and negatives and in this post we will be going over all of them and I will tell you which product I like the most and use myself. For starters the Barstool sports book app was late to the game, and was one of the last sports betting apps to the scene which gave people second thoughts on using it. The Barstool sports book app does a great job in fast withdrawals,  odds boosts,  "bet with sections", referral bonuses and sign up bonuses. The negatives that follow the Barstool sports book app is that sometimes the app will freeze and log you out. There aren't many negatives that follow the Barstool sports book app and this is why this is the app of my choice for sports betting. DraftKings also has some positives like referral bonuses, sign up bonuses, and odds boosts weekly. The negatives are that it has locations verification issues, live betting odds update issues, and a very unfriendly interface for users. Some people may fin...

DraftKings Sportsbook

The barstool sports book is bar far my favorite app to use, but this is only because of all of the issues with the Draft Kings sports book. When I started sports betting once I turned 21, the first application I used was DraftKings and at first everything was good. The biggest issue that I had with the DraftKings sports was that it would log me out randomly and have trouble locating where I was so I could place bets. Just for some reference when you are sports betting through an app, you have to use location services to verify that you are in a state that sports betting is legal in. This was a huge issue because I could not place bets due to the locating issue with DraftKings which led to me missing opportunities to bet when I wanted to. If you like the DraftKings sports book because if their boosts or other promotions and run in to this issue, uninstall your app and reinstall it. This temporarily resolved the issue for me. It is not a guaranteed fix, but for the most part it would loc...

Top five things to look for to make a parlay

There are many things that play into making a parlay. You want to look at the favorites, underdogs, value teams, locks, and over/under. Analyzing all of the above aspects will help you create the best parlay possible. Favorites: First you are going to want to scroll through all the games and see who the favorites are. By this I mean look for which teams are supposed to win and pick a couple that should win. By doing so you are starting to gather a reason to understand why the team is favorited and this will help you make your final picks. Underdogs: Once you have looked at the favorites it's time to look for teams that are supposed to lose, but have a good chance of winning. These are the teams that are underrated and are only seen as under dogs because they had a bad previous week or a player is injured. These teams create value because good teams could be seen as underdogs just because the team they are playing has a better record or is at home this week. Value teams: These team...

Ms. Westgate, professional sports better?

In todays article I am interviewing my friend and professional sports better Carolyn Westgate. She has been sports betting for five years and has a total revenue of $6,000 from sports betting. Today I will be asking her why she got into sports betting some tips and tricks that you all could use at home to profit off of sports betting. When I asked her why she started she said, "My family watched football all of the time, and I was never really into it. My dad has been a die hard Bears fan since he was a kid and he hoped that it would rub off on me. It didn't because I am a Baltimore Ravens fan. My dad and I used to make small, fun, and friendly wagers on football games because he loves the sports so much. I used to make my picks based on which uniform looked the coolest, and after winning a few times I actually started to get invest in football. It was crazy how these fun wagers got me to be a huge NFL fan. Once i was 21 and legally able to place real sports bets, that's ...

Barstool Sports Advisors

So I know that the last few weeks in the NFL my picks have been pretty good, but sometimes second opinions are great to listen to. Here is a link to the Barstool Sports advisors show. This is a great platform to go to for sports picks and analysis. The show is entertaining and gives good advice from different perspectives since there is three of them on the show. They also give picks and advice on all of the games that are going to be played on Sunday. Dave Portnoy said "unsolicited picks win 100% of the time", they want you to win so you keep using their platform. So regardless of who you are a fan of or want to bet on this week, they have an answer for you. The show also tracks their bets so you can see their Year to Date winnings or losses, this enables users to "fade" or bet against someone who has lost a lot recently. It also gives people the opportunity to see who's been "hot" recently so you can bet with them. I talked about their sports book in...

Barstool Sports Book review

Barstool sports over the past year has created their own sports book. In my opinion this was the only thing that company was missing out on, and let me tell you they did not disappoint. Their sports book is like most others, but one of their biggest additions that other sports books don't have is the "Best with barstool" function. This functions many of the barstool company's sports analysts and records who they are betting on in the sports world. Then it allows you to bet the exact same bet slip they create with an odds boost! This means that just since a barstool employee is creating the initial bet, you can bet the same thing but have better odds than Vegas would give you. This does give a bigger chance at a profit, but you do not get to choose the bet if that makes sense. You are just tailing a bet that an employee made with the chance of making a higher profit. The sports book also has a fast secure way to deposit and withdrawal money. You can do it through a de...

White Sox World Series Champs

The White Sox have yet again saved Chicago baseball. As the American League Central (ALC) champs, they will be playing the Houston Astros in the first round of the playoffs. The White Sox dominated this year and with their playoff schedule have a great chance of winning the World Series if they win their division. The American League (AL) has the strongest teams this year in the MLB. The Tampa Bay Rays were the best team in baseball this year, and if the White Sox win their first round they will have to play Tampa Bay. So that means if they win their division (beating Houston and Tampa Bay), they have a great shot of winning the World Series because the team they will be playing will be less of a challenge than their previous play off rounds. Currently the White Sox odds to win the World Series is +650, this means if you bet $100 now on the White Sox to win the World Series it would pay out $650. My prediction is that if the White Sox beat the Astros in the first round, that they will ...

How to: Sports betting edition

Happy Saturday people of the sports world, as you know we have a fresh slate of NFL games tomorrow for the first week of NFL football! Today I will be teaching you how to sports bet so you can use the  knowledge from this article and win some money. First things first, if you live in Illinois and have not set up a mobile betting account with DraftKings, Fanduel, or the barstool sports book, you will have to go to an actual casino to start up your account. I use the barstool sports book because they give good odds boosts and other incentives, so I would recommend betting with their platform if you choose to sports bet. Once you have your account set up it's time to look at the odds. If a team is favorited to win, they will usually have a (-100) or a negative number next to their name. This means that if they are -235, you would have to bet $235 to win $100. If they are + 235 this means that they are under dogs and if you win $235 if you bet $100. They next thing you'll have to...
