Matt Stafford or Jarod Goff?
Who won the trade during the most recent NFL off season the Detroit Lions or the Los Angles Rams? The rams traded a second round pick and Jarod Goff for Matthew Stafford from the lions. The lions are currently performing way worse than the rams so this could be a sign that they won the trade, but the question is how long will the rams be good. Some would say that the rams team is built to win now, and if they don't they will be a bad team for a long time while they rebuild. Was it smart to try and build a team that can win now, or is it smarter to do what the Lions did and try to get a decent player and draft picks to build a strong team for years to come. Overall it looks like Matt Stafford has been out performing Goff greatly this season so it seems like that the Rams won the trade, but we will not know for years to come to see how the draft picks pan out.
